Draw a molecule.Check it right away.
Interpret spectra, estimate shelf life, see tox risks, plan routes. CovaSketch computes on the molecule you draw, in the browser or directly in Claude and ChatGPT.

In the browser
Draw, right-click, result
The structure editor in your browser. Formula and molecular weight right away, every analysis on the same molecule with a free account.

Claude and ChatGPT do the maths
CovaSketch as a connector in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or VS Code. Your assistant calls a tested tool for every number instead of guessing.

Numbers, charts and the tool version, traceable for colleagues and QA.
What you get done
One bench for the questions about a molecule
Every analysis runs on the same molecule. Same input, same result, with the version recorded.
Check the structure
Interpret spectra
Estimate stability
Plan a route
Screen toxicology
Solubility and formulation
Who it is for
For everyone who needs an answer about a molecule
Analytical and QC
Check a spectrum against its structure, place unknown peaks, prepare methods before the instrument is free.
Medicinal chemistry
Rank candidates by ADMET, tox alerts and synthetic effort before anyone spends a week on a synthesis.
Formulation and process
Work through solubility, pH profile, crystallisation and design of experiments instead of testing every variant in the lab.
CMC and regulatory
See ICH M7 classes, ICH Q1E shelf life and degradation pathways early, with the version for your records.
Independently measured
Language models guess at chemistry. With CovaSketch they compute.
MolecularIQ is a peer-reviewed chemistry benchmark by Bartmann et al. (Klambauer Lab, JKU Linz, ICLR 2026). We did not design it; we measured leading models against it, with and without CovaSketch tools. Grading is symbolic, with no judgement calls and no partial credit.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What does CovaSketch cost?
The free plan costs nothing and includes a weekly allowance of analyses. Pro and Max are booked monthly inside the app and can be cancelled at the end of any month. All prices are on the pricing page.
Do I need to install anything or involve IT?
No. The sketcher runs in the browser. For Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or VS Code you add CovaSketch once as a connector; the docs walk you through it.
Is an AI doing the maths, or a tool?
The numbers come from tested calculation tools. Your AI decides which tool to call and explains the result. So it computes instead of guessing.
What happens to my structures and data?
Your inputs are processed only for your request, not stored permanently and never used for training. Your data feeds no training, neither ours nor that of service providers we use. This is set out in the data processing agreement, not just on this page. The computing tools are deterministic: same input, same result.
How traceable are the results?
Every call is recorded with its tool version. Same input, same result. The result is a calculation that your experts review and sign off.
Is CovaSketch available for whole teams?
Yes. For groups and companies there are team licences, invoicing instead of card payment, a DPA and SSO, and operation on your own servers. Get in touch via the pricing page.
